GLIMMER

Story:
There once was a great city where people lived in peace and harmony. But one day, a tragedy struck. Mysterious fog began to creep through the streets, swallowing everything in its path in an impenetrable shadow. The poor residents, crushed by the darkness, became mindless, hollow husks, only yearning for destruction. In mere days, the city was overcome by chaos.
But one man decided to put up a fight. He was an old scientist living on the city's outskirts. He noticed that creatures withered when exposed to light. Knowing he lacked the strength to fight and that his own end was near, he sealed a part of his very soul in the eternal flame and put it in one of his creations—a vessel named Rei.
The scientist believed that Rei could carry this sacred light to the heart of the city and ignite the great tower, banish the darkness forever.
After a long time, Rei finally woke up to fulfill its creator's final wish — to free the tortured souls of the lost townsfolk and end nightmare.
